📦 Where Do You Ship?
Online sale events may have different minimum order requirements for shipping and delivery.
We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. Minimum order for all shipping and delivery options: $50
Calgary (within city limits) - All food & retail items can be shipped/delivered. Deliveries may take place between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. As we use a third party delivery service, we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If you need it for a certain time, please order for the day before to ensure proper arrival time.
- FREE shipping/delivery on orders over $100* - delivery 7 days a week!
Surrounding areas of Calgary (Springbank, Bearspaw, De Winton, Heritage Pointe, Balzac, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Langdon & Okotoks) will be a flat rate of $45/delivery for all food (frozen or dry) & retail items. If you are not needing frozen or cakes shipped, please use the 'Rest of Alberta/Canada' shipping option. FREE for orders over $350. Delivery will be every second Thursday. You will receive an email with the exact delivery date once the order has been placed.
Canada (not covered above) - Food & retail items can be shipped.
No frozen items or cakes.
- $25 shipping fee on regular retail items. Excludes food and litter.
- $50 shipping fee on heavy items, including food and litter. The fee includes packages with a total weight of 15lb-40lb. *Please note that there are certain weight and size restrictions. We will try our best to accommodate all order requests.
USA - All retail items can be shipped. Food/consumable items cannot be shipped.
- Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes upon arrival into the U.S.
- $55 shipping fee on all orders.
International - We do not ship internationally.
Please note: A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned orders from couriers
📦 Where Is My Order?
Orders may take up to 72 hours to process depending on stock availability and store transfers. Warehouse items may take up to 7 days.
During major sales events (Black Friday, Boxing Day, Canada Day), orders may take up to 12 days to fulfill.
Custom cakes and cupcakes will be ready for pick-up after 12 p.m. on the requested date unless otherwise specified.
Special-order or pre-order items (excluding cakes and cupcakes) may take up to 8 weeks to arrive.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready for pick-up. Please check your spam folder.

🚫 Delivery Restrictions
We cannot deliver to locations with restricted delivery hours, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery addresses must be able to accept deliveries until 9 p.m.
Apartments:
Please include buzzer numbers or special instructions. If we are unable to reach you at the time of delivery, the order may be returned as undeliverable and re-delivery charges will apply.

🎂 Do Custom Orders Qualify for Delivery?
Yes, custom orders qualify for delivery but not for same-day or next-day delivery.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
Special item orders may take up to 8 weeks, and delivery will be arranged once the item arrives in-store.
💲What if my order is less than $100? Can you still deliver?
Absolutely! We just have a flat fee delivery charge of $25 within Calgary city limits.
🛒 How Do I Place an Order for Delivery?
Orders can be placed online. Invoicing and payment will be sent/accepted via email only. Sorry we do not accept phone payments due to security reasons.
All pick-ups and deliveries must be prepaid. Once payment is received and the order is processed, you will receive an email confirming your order with the delivery date.
A text message notification will be sent to the phone number provided once the order has been dropped off. We highly recommend that someone be home to receive the order as the order will be left on the doorstep (at your own risk).

⏰ Can I Request a Specific Delivery Time?
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to the use of third-party couriers. If you require delivery by a certain time, we recommend ordering for the day before.
🎄 How far in advance do I need to order prior to the holidays within Calgary?
If you need your order by a specific date (for example, before December 25), please include this in the checkout notes and we will do our best to accommodate.
Deliveries are available until December 24, and orders must be placed by December 21 at noon.
Essential items such as food and frozen products are prioritized, though we will always try our best to fulfill all requests.
🏬 Do you offer pick up?
Yes, we do for all prepaid orders! Pick-up is FREE at all our store locations and available 7 days a week!
🎁Do I still get my Pet Perks when I order for pick-up, delivery or shipping?
Absolutely! Any purchase in-store or online count towards your Pet Perks Loyalty Points & Frequent Buyer Bags.
