📦 Shipping & Delivery Information

Minimum order for shipping or delivery: Orders over $50.

We deliver/ship to:

  • Calgary & surrounding areas
  • Canada
  • USA (retail items only)
  • We do not ship internationally
  • Sale events do not apply for free delivery

🚚 Calgary Delivery (City Limits)

  • FREE delivery on orders over $150 (before tax/discounts)
  • $25 flat fee for orders under $150
  • Orders delivered on Mondays or Thursdays.  Orders will arrive within 5 business days
  • Orders are left at your door or lobby at your own risk. (please ensure a safe place)

🚗 Surrounding Calgary Areas

(Springbank, Bearspaw, De Winton, Heritage Pointe, High River, Balzac, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Langdon, Okotoks)

  • $75 flat delivery fee.  Includes frozen food & retail items included
    • If you are not needing frozen or cakes shipped, please use the 'Rest of Alberta/Canada' shipping option.

🇨🇦 Rest of Canada

  • Dry food & retail items can be shipped. No frozen items or cakes

Shipping fees:

  • $25 for retail items (no food or litter)
  • $50 for heavy items, includes food & litter 15lb+.  Max 40lbs. Weight/size limits will apply.

🇺🇸 USA Shipping

  • Retail items only (no food or consumables)
  • $55 flat fee. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes

⏳ Order Processing

  • Orders process within 72 hours
  • Warehouse items: up to 5 days
  • Sale events: up to 10 days
  • Custom cakes/cupcakes: ready after 12 p.m. on selected date
  • Special orders (non-cake items): may take up to 8 weeks

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready or shipped.

🎂 Custom Orders (Cakes)

  • Delivery is not recommended
  • 48 hours’ notice required

🏬 Pick-Up

  • FREE in-store pick-up from our Bowness or Britannia location. 
  • Available 7 days a week
  • All orders must be prepaid

🚫 Delivery Restrictions

  • Delivery locations must accept deliveries until 9 p.m.
  • Apartments must provide buzzer or instructions
  • If we are unable to reach you at the time of delivery, the order may be returned as undeliverable and re-delivery charges will apply.

    By selecting the delivery option, you understand and agree to these terms and policies.

🔁 Returns

  • If you choose to return an item, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • 20% restocking fee on courier returns
