We’ll be updating inventory throughout the sale.

Option 2: Purchase a Gift Card

Due to ongoing supply and shipping challenges, we can’t offer preorders. Instead, gift cards are discounted so you won’t miss out later.

Gift cards are on sale from Dec 25-Jan 2, discount will come of automatically in the cart. 

🚫 Why Was My Order Cancelled?

We work hard to fill every order, but if an item becomes unavailable, we’ll refund you as soon as possible. Inventory isn’t always perfect, especially during major sales!

🔁 Can I Exchange or Refund Sale Items?

All Boxing Day purchases are FINAL SALE.  Sorry, which means, no refunds or exchanges.  Sale prices are valid Dec 25 & 26 only and cannot be applied to previous purchases.  No other discounts, promotions or coupons can be combined with this sale.

📦 When Will I Receive My Order?

Our stores are closed Dec 25 & 26, but orders start processing on Dec 26.

  • Deliveries & shipping go out Dec 26–31.

  • Orders ship only once all items are ready.

  • Need it sooner than your delivery date? Choose curbside pickup

    • Please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” email before heading to the store

  • $50 shipping fee (excludes food & litter over 15 lbs)

  • $75 shipping fee for heavy items (large bags/cases of cans/litter)

  • $55 shipping fee (retail items only)

  • Customer is responsible for duties & taxes

🛍 Can I Make Multiple Orders?

Yes! Order as many times as you’d like.  But keep in mind that if your order totals more than $300+, we will add in a special bonus gift.
Inventory will be changing and restocking throughout the sale - so remember to check back!
