Directions:

STEP 1 – vivo flora (Rebuilds the intestinal flora quickly and effectively)

Give* the recommended serving of vivo flora 2 times a day (morning and evening) for 2 days.

STEP 2 – probio+ (Keeps the intestinal flora healthy and prolongs the benefits)

On the 3rd day, give* the recommended serving of probio+ once a day, for 3 days.
